Data controller and contact

Recorp's operators are responsible for personal data processed directly through the game. Privacy questions and requests may be sent through Recorp's official support or community channels.

Data we collect

• Account data includes your username, email address, protected authentication credentials, language, and account settings.
• Game and community data includes characters, progression, inventory, actions, messages, reports, moderation history, and preferences.
• Technical data may include IP address, session and device information, browser data, connection logs, security events, and diagnostic information.
• Support data includes information you provide when contacting support, reporting a problem, or appealing a moderation decision.
• If you link Patreon, Recorp stores stable Patreon user and membership identifiers, membership status and tier, support dates, lifetime support amount, and limited charge status metadata. Temporary OAuth tokens used to link your account are not retained.

How we use data

We use this data to create and authenticate accounts, provide multiplayer features, save progression, operate communications, enforce the rules, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, resolve incidents, and improve Recorp.

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on providing the service you request, Recorp's legitimate interests in operating and securing the game, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required.

When you choose to link Patreon, Recorp communicates with Patreon's API to verify your identity and membership benefits. Patreon processes data under its own privacy policy.

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Account and game data may be retained while an account is active; limited records or backups may remain afterward when required for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
