Patch 0.7.5.3

Interface

• Movement point costs shown along a plotted path now correctly double while the player is moving in stealth. They automatically return to normal as soon as stealth ends, whether voluntarily or after being detected.

• Once an election has ended, the faction leader announcement is now shown only to players who belonged to the faction during that election. Voting was not required; new members who joined after the election no longer receive this announcement.

• Once dismissed, the welcome window no longer reopens after a page refresh, whether it was closed using the header cross, the Close button, or the action button inside the window.
